The sequel to Karan Johar’s successful 2008 bromance flick, Dostana, is all set for a second ride.
Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, Dostana 2 will be set against a Punjabi backdrop, with Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham in fun, desi avatars.
As for the leading lady, though nothing has been finalized yet, but we get wind of our Cocktail hottie Deepika Padukone getting on board.
Another addition to it is that Dippy dear is so busy with her other projects in her kitty that if Dostana 2 doesn’t start filming around October, then she might have to opt out of it.
Incidentally, the film is expected to go on floors around the same time.
